The Legacy at Millennium Park is complete now, but it was far from that state when we rode the construction elevator to the 71st floor to check out the dazzling views.
Each of the top two floors had been sold at the time of our visit, and each was to be built out as a 7,800 square foot full-floor home with 14-foot floor-to-ceiling windows.
