That’s the word from 28th Ward Alderman Ed Smith, who talks about what’s happening in part of his Ward, and what the Ward needs.
According to the Chicago Tribune, there “is probably no alderman with better intentions than Ed Smith, but there’s also no ward that struggles more than his.”
Smith, who is one of the city’s longest-serving aldermen, must have been feeling fairly confident of his re-election to have set aside time to chat with YoChicago’s Barry Pearce in the closing days of the campaign.
