The Radco Companies is closing out the final three units at its Central Station development, Prairie House. The 187-unit development, at 1515 S Prairie Ave, is one of several new big houses on the Prairie (har har har). The 156-unit high-rise Prairie Pointe is under construction at 1600 S Prairie, and 1600 Museum Park is slated for 1621 S Prairie. And, of course, there’s Museum Tower, One Museum Park and One Museum Park West, which bring some 850 condos to the 1200 block of South Prairie.
