Although it’s been on the market for about a year and a half, the Bridgeport townhouse development known as 33rd Street Square is one that we’ve never given much attention. The 11-unit townhouse development was designed by Vari Architects and is located at the corner of 33rd Street and Parnell Avenue.
There are two three-bedroom units listed on Jameson Realty Group’s Web site, but sales agent Jennifer Liu tells me that a third will soon be added because a contract fell through due to a potential buyer’s home-sale contingency.
Liu says the three units have 3,000, 3,200 and 3,400 square feet and are priced in the $550s, $590s and $670s, respectively. She acknowledges that an extra 400 square feet doesn’t sound like much – especially at a cost of $80,000 – but she says you can really feel the difference between the largest and smallest units.
Each home comes with an attached two-car garage. Two additional parking spaces on an outdoor, nine-car parking pad are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
