An alert Uptown renter sent us a flyer posted in his building, asking residents if they would like to be stars. The smaller print announces a contest for the best short video clip promoting life in a TLC building.
The best video wins a $500 rental credit, with second place taking home a video iPod, and third place winning $100. The company has a much better Web site than most landlords, including “resident comments” sections for various buildings, but think how much more compelling quotes like “I couldn’t have chosen a better place to live” or “City living is so easy at Scholars Corner” will be on video.
