Astoria Tower, 8 E 9th, has studios ranging from $1,600 to $1,616, one-bedrooms from $1,570 to $1,936, one-bedroom plus dens from $2,001 to $2,353 and two-bedroom, two-baths from $2,450 to $3,019.
