The Web site for Lexington Park Condominiums, the 297-unit new-construction condo development planned for 2138 S Indiana Ave, is now hosting a four-minute promotional video clip about the development. The video gives the most play to Lexington’s location, clinging to the southern boundary of the South Loop, and it’s chock-full of words like “glamorous” and “opulent.” Only time will tell, of course, if the development can turn the intersection of Indiana and Cermak into a glamorous place to live. A virtual rendering shows the completed building on its site, and there are also some very realistic virtual tours of one- and two-bedroom condos.
