Uptown Theatre Lofts, a 118 new-construction condo development with lofty features, is gearing up to break ground in the next 30 to 60 days, according to sales associate Andrew Patellaro. Located at 4750 N Winthrop Ave, in Uptown, the development’s name is a nod to its proximity to the Aragon Ballroom, Riviera Theater and Uptown Theater. The building, which is 45 percent sold, will include 16 floors of condos and four floors of indoor parking, as well as an indoor pool and fitness center. Prices start in the $200s for one-bedroom one-bathroom condos and top out in the $410s for condos with two bedrooms, a den and two bathrooms. The eight three-bedroom penthouse units on the top two floors range from the $520s to the $710s.
