Last week, Manoj Mukkada from Keller Williams Realty and the MyCityHome Group told me that a handful of condos in 740 Fulton saw some significant price cuts, so I joined Mukkada at the development on Tuesday to have a look at a couple of those discounted homes.
Both of the units in this video are on the 11th floor, and both have two bedrooms and two baths. The first unit was originally priced at more than $400,000, but it’s now being sold in the $300s, while the price of the other home was reduced from $420s to the $370s. Garage parking is included for both homes.
