In Part 1 of my visit to Joffrey Tower, which is located at 8 E Randolph St in the Loop, Jason Pohlonski from @properties brought me up to speed on the development, and we discussed current pricing and availability in the building. In this second part, we focus more on a furnished two-bedroom / two-bath condo, and we look at some of the common amenities in the building.
According to the price sheet Poholonski sent me after the visit, the 21 available one- and two-bedroom condos in Joffrey Tower are currently priced from the $270s to the $500s.
