Waiting for the bus in the West Loop

Like much of the city, the West Loop lacks good north / south transport via train. The bus is often the best option for public transportation riders – like these people waiting for the number 8 bus outside the Dominick’s at 1 N Halsted. We took this picture on a weekday afternoon at about 3. We imagine the crowd is usually much bigger at rush hour.
