Our recent post on the penthouse at 2520 was a welcome relief from the relentless overuse of the word by real estate agents.
It seems that agents have recently taken to calling every top-floor unit, no matter how squat the building, a “penthouse.” I’m waiting for the first “penthouse” in a two-story building, and have no doubt it will be a “penthouse loft.”
