Maybe I’ve been watching too much Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, because I’m starting to develop an affinity for speeded up construction videos. Today I stumbled across a prime example on YouTube. This video shows the rise of ParkView, MCL Companies‘ 47-story tower. The Solomon Cordwell Buenz-designed building is located at 505 N McClurg Ct in Streeterville.
Last we checked, sales of the building’s 268 condos had reached the 65 percent mark. Prices start in the $380s.
