It’s been a while since we’ve had a rousing discussion about Pilsen. (Oh, the fun we’ve had!) That’s why I thought I’d devote today’s list to the neighborhood’s new condos and townhouses.
There are at least eight active developments within Pilsen’s boundaries right now, some in the form of gut-rehabs, others in the form of new-construction homes. Prices can start as low as the $190s (the cost of a one-bedroom at Chantico South or a two-bedroom at Reawakening Pilsen 1745) and reach up past $700,000 for a four-bedroom townhouse at Union Row.
