If you spend the weekend at Hyde Park‘s 57th Street Art Fair or Community Art Fair and like what you see, you have a few new-construction or conversion home options to consider. Here are a few of the new developments that have condos for sale.
Note that they aren’t all completed and ready for delivery; most notably, Antheus Capital is still marketing its proposed East Hyde Park high-rise, Solstice on the Park, although its anticipated dates for groundbreaking (last fall or this spring) came and went without any activity.

- The Kimbark, 5131 S Kimbark Ave: Four-bedroom / four-baths listed in the $520s to $640s.
- Park Place, 1122 – 1128 E Hyde Park Blvd: One-bedrooms listed in the $210s; two-bedrooms listed in the $200s; and three-bedrooms listed from the $280s to $380s.
- Silver Cloud Condominiums (below left), 5346 S Cornell Ave: Two-bedrooms listed in the $240s to $280s.
- Solstice on the Park (below right), 1616 E 56th St: Two-bedrooms listed from the $480s to $690s, and three-bedrooms listed from the $940s to $2.5 million.
- The Wilmington, 5484 S Woodlawn Ave: Four-bedrooms listed from the $450s to $570s.
