A recent stroll down the sleepy 2700 block of West Lunt Avenue, just west of Indian Boundary Park in West Rogers Park, turned up three condo conversions hiding behind the trees. Lunt Place (top left) is a seven-unit gut-rehab with only one condo, priced from the $210s, still for sale. KGL Development’s Lunt at the Park (top right) still has about half of its 15 rehabbed condos with prices starting in the $170s. Lunt Gardens (right), from Tria Properties, has one- to three-bedroom condos priced from the $140s.
