When all else fails, there's always Plan B, at The Sanctuary Club

Here is a rendering for one of the single-family home designs at Jacobs Homes’ The Sanctuary Club in the village of Kildeer in Lake County. The project opens sales in late August, with homes starting in the $800s. The location sounds very nice. Many of the homes will overlook a golf course and West Lake. It’s just that I hesitate at the thought of buying a house called “Plan B.”
