Builder Deer Point Homes reports that Shepherds Crossing, a development of 239 single-family houses in Zion, is 75 percent sold. A news release announcing sales figures stated that buyers have “flocked” to the project, but Yo has it on good information that not a single one has been a shepherd or even a sheep owner. A number apparently do own wool clothing. The homes have two to four bedrooms and two to 2.5 baths, priced from the $220s to the $260s.
