I arrived a few minutes early for a meeting at Lexington Square in Bridgeport last week and had a chance encounter with Marnie Beilin, a veteran real estate agent at Prudential Rubloff.
When I learned that Beilin, a Bridgeport resident, had just signed a contract to buy a home at Lexington Square I asked her to go on camera and tell me why she bought in Bridgeport and why she selected Lexington Square.
