We often point out super-sized single-family homes, so we were happy to spot a new four-bedroom house, located at 1502 W Cortez St in Wicker Park, that doesn’t have anything to prove to its bigger condo neighbors. It’s a good-looking house, and we’re glad the developer didn’t try to vertically bloat it out. Century 21 S.G.R. has it listed for $1.1 million.
