Looks like the twin mid-rises of Trio, 740 Fulton’s neighbor in the Fulton River District, have been topped off. The seven-story buildings will be joined by a 22-story high-rise to give the development a total of 209 condos, currently priced from the $260s to $1 million. The development, located at 650 W Wayman St, also will have 10,000 square feet of retail space, a 10,000-square-foot green roof and a landscaped courtyard with reflecting pools. It’s still too early in the construction to tell, but we’re wondering how the color palette of green and white will look on the completed buildings. Any thoughts?
