It looks like one of the three courtyard buildings that make up Edgemoor Park is all finished and lived in. The frosted glass on the entryway and balconies (on the completed building pictured at right) goes a long way toward updating the otherwise dated buildings. The ugly, mustard-colored brick detailing between the front windows is also getting made over in a fresh, contemporary white. The buildings have new windows, new plumbing, and new brick patios for first-floor units, and the parking lot in the rear has been refinished. Mirro Development and Gerson Development are at the helm, and Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture is handling the design. Two- and three-bedroom condos are priced from the $230s.
