Looks like Blue Slate Properties‘ Elston Timber Lofts still has a long way to go, but we’re already starting to see some of the timber that will make up the condos’ 12-foot-high ceilings. We’re also seeing some pretty brutal graffiti along the rather bland facade. The four-story elevator building, located at 3641 N Elston Ave, will have 25 loft-style condos with two or three bedrooms, a common rooftop deck and garage parking. Prices range from the $270s to the $340s.
