Tiberias Home Builders is doing a fine job making Lake Park Gateway live up to its rendering.
We’ve seen some developments try to keep their large buildings in scale with the rest of the streetscape by breaking facades down into differently styled sections, but Lake Park Gateway is actually made up of three different six-unit buildings (which is hard to tell in the rendering). The development has 18 simplex and duplex condos with two to four bedrooms and 1,300 to 2,500 square feet. Check out the Web site for some nice interior renderings that show different options for kitchen and bathroom finishes.
