New Chicago Real Estate‘s Manor’s Gate is shaping up in Albany Park, and the 17-unit building looks a bit chubbier than it does in the rendering, don’t you think? The angled middle section on the left side of the building, for example, is wide enough to make an impact in the rendering but barely peeks out on the real thing. The building has two- and three bedroom condos, garage parking and a common rooftop deck; prices start in the $280s.
