Construction is underway on The Shoreline, a row of 27 “loft style” condos fronting the 2300 block of East 71st St in the South Shore neighborhood. The development, from Los Angeles-based Alliance Property Group, was designed by FitzGerald Associates Architects. Units have two bedrooms, hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, marble bathrooms and garage parking. Prices range from the $220s for simplexes to the $240s for duplexes.
