In preparation for the Cubbies’ first homestand (which may get off to a late start, from the looks of things), I sifted through the MLS for the latest new-construction listings in and around Wrigleyville. These seven developments are all less than 10 minutes away from Wrigley Field by foot, according to Google’s walking directions. You can see their locations in the Google Map pasted at bottom.
