On Monday, we told you about Metro Chicago Real Estate‘s broker / agent development tour in Evanston. We decided to tag along yesterday as a few dozen real estate professionals crowded onto a fleet of trolleys for a tour of some of Evanston’s new developments. We stopped by the sales centers for new-construction projects Winthrop Club Condominiums, which was featured in New Homes Magazine‘s ultra-luxury issue, and Grand Bend at Green Bay. We also got to visit Asbury Ridge, the awesome conversion of a sweeping mansion and carriage house into six individual residences. Jean Wright Real Estate is marketing that development.
