Our second and final stop during the CHA Plan for Transformation media tour that Joe and I attended last week was at the sales center for Park Boulevard, which is located at 47 W 35th St in Bronzeville. At the sales center, sales manager Norma Baskin gave an overview of the mixed-income development, while pointing out some of the features on a large scale model.
