YoChicago’s first look at The Lofts at Roosevelt Collection

Joe Askins and Erik Stonikas of YoChicago.com and NewHomeNotebook.com pay a visit to the newly opened Lofts at Roosevelt Collection, Centrum Properties’ new residential / commercial development in Chicago’s South Loop. Roosevelt Collection in August converted from a for-sale condominium project to a rental development; since that time, people have leased about 70 percent of the project’s first 170-unit mid-rise.
