Belgravia Group held firm at 565 Quincy for a long time, but this weekend the developer finally put new prices in place for homes in the West Loop tower. Last week Joe Zekas met with Belgravia Executive Vice President and COO Jacob Kaufman in 565’s Q Room to discuss the price cuts and the perks of living in the building’s lofts and condos.
