A drive through the heart of Lincoln Square

by Joe Zekas on 3/1/13

It was a wintry day when Kale Realty’s Eric Rojas drove me through the heart of the Lincoln Square neighborhood. It’s an area which he knows well since he lives near it and spends a lot of time there. We know Eric well, since he’s one of YoChicago’s sponsors.

As we drive, Eric chats about the attractions of the area and the cost of housing. We had just come from viewing a 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo he recently listed for sale at $379,000 at 4709 N Artesian.

Along the drive we dip into YoChicago’s extensive photo and video vaults to take you inside some of the venues we pass, and also to show you some summer scenes from the area.
