A remodeled vintage gem just steps from Lincoln Park

The grand lobby at 451 W Wrightwood has the ambience of a great hotel or a posh private club, but it’s the prelude to affordable updated apartments.

This 1920s-era building is one of Lincoln Park‘s showplaces, and it’s just steps from the park itself. Studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments have new kitchens and baths and new Pergo flooring, but retain their high ceilings, crown moldings, ample closet space and other vintage touches.

The building boasts a large sundeck with wraparound views of the city and lake, and a fitness center.
