A single-family home with a townhome price, where Lincoln Park and North Center meet

by sponsored post on 5/3/11

Yesterday afternoon I met up with Realtor Eric Rojas at Chi Che Wang Playlot Park, near the border of the Lincoln Park and North Center community areas, and together we made our way into the nearby gated Picardy Place community, where Eric has listed a three-bedroom / three-bath single-family home at $474,900.

The light-filled home has an attached two-car garage, a bedroom or family room, and a grass yard / dog run at ground level. Stairs lead to a main level featuring a living / dining area with a fireplace and built-ins, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a breakfast room opening to a large deck.

The top floor has two bedrooms and two baths, including a master suite with two walk-in closets and a master bath with double vanity, jet tub, and separate shower.

I meant to pronounce the Picardy Place development as “Picker-dee” Place… The way I pronounce it in the intro rhymes with “Bacardi”. Ha.

Yeah, that was a pretty rum pronunciation, Eric.

I sober up later!
