He sat down with Jim Psyhogios, vice president of Weichert, Realtors – Frankel & Giles, to get the lowdown on this new South Loop tower and the amenities located in and around the project.
Units have begun to close and are available for immediate delivery, Psyhogios says. Buyers can purchase a condo at Astoria Tower with as little as 5 percent down with mortgages through Astoria Tower’s preferred lenders.
