Belgravia cuts prices on Union Row townhomes

565 Quincy wasn’t the only Belgravia Group project to see some significant price cuts last week. The developer also slashed prices at Union Row by as much as 31 percent, bringing these townhomes on West 16th Street in East Pilsen down from an old range of the $530s to $710s to a new range of the $370s to $510s.

The five unit styles have 2,288 to 2,901 square feet, three or four bedrooms, 2.5 to four baths, and two-car garages. Links to each floor plan are embedded in the price comparison spreadsheet below.
