The word’s getting aroundBelgravia Group will cut the prices on its remaining stock of condos and lofts at 565 Quincy starting Saturday, January 16. As Joe mentioned this morning, you’ll be seeing posts and videos about these homes on YoChicago in the coming days and weeks, but for now, the most vital information we can pass along are the prices themselves.

According to the new price sheet I received yesterday afternoon, most of the homes have seen reductions of about 20 percent. All units save for the building’s junior one-bedroom condos will now come with parking included. You can see price ranges for 565’s various home types in the spreadsheet embedded below.

565 Quincy, located at 565 W Quincy St in the West Loop, consists of a seven-story loft building with homes on its top three floors, topped with 11 more levels of new-construction condominiums. Its primary amenities space is the Q Room, an 11,000 square-foot area in the building’s basement featuring a private bowling alley, putting green, movie theater, pool and foosball tables, fitness room, and lounge.

565 Quincy has received approval for FHA-backed loans.

This is a great building, they did a nice job with the interiors. I live right down the street on Jackson and I think they did a great job. Now with the new pricing and the spring market I think we will see some units sell.
