    If you want to breeze i-294 with you morning coffee and live on an island – this place is for you. It is very convenient as a short term corporate rental. But it has not sense of neighborhood, not really walkable (other than to Mariano’s), and required a car to get anywhere.

    • If you work at Astellas, for example, you can walk to work. You’re within minutes of other major employers.

      Every location involves trade-offs. Where can you get the conveniences that Tapestry offers, including a short commute to major north suburban employers, and get the walkable sense of neighborhood you suggest it lacks?
