Chestnut Tower is a 36-story, 230-unit boutique apartment building on the Near North Side, a block from River North, just south of the Gold Coast and a few blocks west of the Mag Mile.
The building has a good mix of amenities and spacious studio to 3-bedroom apartments. A number of the units have been renovated with hardwood floors and updated kitchens and baths, despite the fact the building only dates to 2000. All of the apartments have in-unit washer / dryers.
We tour the building, a corner 2-bedroom and a penthouse 3-bedroom in the video, and take a quick look around the immediate neighborhood.
