How is two people living in a studio a deal?

Depending on the price and location, 2 people living in a studio could indeed actually constitute very good relative value…

Sam: And you’d better value that relative (or friend or whatever) A LOT if you’re going to share a studio! (No bedroom to go to, slamming the door behind, for some “quiet time” after an argument? Eek!)

I guarantee you can get a better deal by renting (nicer place for less money). And as a bonus, not have to live right by a super noisy El track junction.
