Chicago Weekly, which is produced by University of Chicago students, has just placed its 2013 Housing Guide. The Guide is the best source of information and advice about the Hyde Park / Kenwood housing market that I’ve seen.
One of the Guide’s features is a snapshot look at the major management companies in Hyde Park / Kenwood. One of those companies, MAC Property Management, has more than 100 properties in the area and sponsored the YoChicago video tours of Hyde Park apartments that you see here.
