Comparing prices across neighborhoods in the North Side residential market

It’s not enough to compare one home in Roscoe Village to all the others in the neighborhood. As buyers on the North Side focus more on price point, Realtor Jenny Ames finds herself pulling together comps from as far north as Andersonville and as far south as Ukrainian Village. In this video, she talks about the state of the market in North Side neighborhoods to the north and west of Lincoln Park (more on that ‘hood in another video), and focuses on pockets of the market that make for easy or tough sells.
