One of the many condo conversions we recently spotted tucked away on the side streets of West Rogers Park is The Mozart Condominiums, thusly named because the Austrian composer — Moz, as he was known to his firends — famously boarded in one of the building’s third-floor apartments during his 1771 “Waltz Across The New World Tour.”
The building, located at 6209 N Mozart St, has six rehabbed condos with three bedrooms; prices on the three remaining units range from the $290s to the $300s and include parking.
