Jarvis Court, 1239 W Jarvis Ave, has nine rehabbed condos with two bedrooms and 1,500 to 1,700 square feet. Prices range from the $160s to the $410s.
Rogers Lofts, 7377 N Rogers Ave, has 16 one- or two-bedroom lofts with exposed brick and ductwork. Prices range from the $180s to the $340s.
Columbia Parc, 1618 W Columbia Ave, has 28 gut-rehabbed condos with one to three bedrooms. Prices range from the $160s to the $260s.
