Condo owners at the Green Brier, 559 W Surf St, have filed suit against a neighbor, their condo association, its manager, and association board members, according to an article in the Chicago Tribune.
The suit on behalf of the owners alleges that one of them was forced to vacate her unit due to allergies because the neighbor’s “approximately 20 cats have caused odors of urine and feces to permeate into their unit.”
