Most of the balcony railings are up at Flair Tower, 222 W Erie St, seen here from the northeast. If you look closely, you’ll see a line of sliding glass doors with no corresponding balconies running up the tower’s eastern face. (The western side is the same way.) According to Flair’s leasing staff, these doors soon will be fitted with Juliet railings.
Flair Tower’s first few floors should deliver in March, according to leasing manager Lauren Dolan. Dolan is currently offering two months free on a 12-month lease for any unit type as a pre-leasing incentive.

Do they still plan on having a brick facade like the original renderings (see link)?

I really liked the original design, I hope they stay true to it.

The rendering on Emporis is outdated. Here’s a more recent image.
The tower itself doesn’t have a brick facade — what you see in the picture above is pretty much what you’re going to get from an exterior standpoint — but there is a brick face on the eastern third deck, similar to what was shown in both renderings.
Juliet balconies on a high rise? Is that common? Sounds like trouble.
