Yesterday I visited Astoria Tower and talked with its new sales manager, Frankel & Giles Vice President Jim Psyhogios. In this video, shot from the top of the 30-story tower at 8 E 9th St, you’ll see views in all directions from terrace space off the sold penthouse units. Thanks to relatively short buildings for neighbors, two-thirds of the homes in this South Loop tower enjoy an unobstructed view, Jim says.
Jim also addresses an issue of some concern among buyers: delayed delivery. Closings finally began a couple weeks ago and are scheduled through Jan. 15th.
