Sam Banks of Sergio & Banks takes Joe Zekas through Ultimate Homes’ new construction condos at 2257 W Belmont Ave in Roscoe Village. The development includes two duplexes and six simplexes, located just two blocks from the neighborhood’s main commercial corridor on West Roscoe Street.
