A fast-paced video on the Facebook page for the new Landmark West Loop apartments illustrates a six-minute and 21-second travel time from the building’s location at 1035 W Van Buren to Google’s offices in the West Loop.
The video – Let’s take a ride to Google – shows a biker traversing an entire block in apparent violation of a Chicago ordinance that prohibits riding on the sidewalk.

Many are a shorter bike or CTA ride away, and almost all of the West Loop buildings have better access to the neighborhood’s dynamic restaurant and nightlife scene than you’ll find at Landmark West Loop.
If one person in a couple or roommate situation works at Google and another needs quick access to the Illinois Medical District or the Eisenhower Expressway, Landmark West Loop’s location might be the preferred option.
