The last time we checked on Ranquist Development’s SoHo, the six-unit condo development planned for 2028 W Division St in Wicker Park, deliveries were slated for the fall of 2008. We just received word from Karen Ranquist that those plans will be pushed back a bit, and she now expects construction to begin in about three months and deliveries to begin around this time next year.
SoHo went on the back burner because Ranquist has so many other projects taking shape on that stretch of Division Street, including 1711 W Division St and the twin buildings at 2154 and 2147 W Division St. (We’ll have more on those developments later this afternoon and this weekend).
One of SoHo’s six condos has already sold, Ranquist says. Price points for the remaining units range from the $590s to the $790s.
